The Conservative Win In Midterms

Conservative Republicans had a huge win in the mid terms. They now have control of the House and won more seats in the Senate. It  seems the country-at least a large portion of it-rejected the Obama agenda. I certainly hope that included in this turn out were Catholics who MIGHT have voted for Obama in the first place.I also hope one of the deciding factors in the election were life issues. My sneaky suspicion it was the economy and gov't spending.

Also i want to point out the group Catholics For Choice is NOT Catholic and needs to be avoided like the plague. They are a group that at its core wants to destroy the Catholic Church.Don't be fooled.

I want to point out as well how the Democratic party went after the opposition. The Rep candidates, especially those associated with the tea party, were made out to be extreme, radical  or crazy.Or all of those.
So what in this day and age is extreme? Top of the list;being pro life and traditional marriage.
Can you imagine? I didn't think i'd live to see the day.
I don't really favor one party or another but we have to be honest. The Democratic party has been taken over by Progressives. The Democratic party some time ago had decided that they would be pro abortion and drown out the Pro Life Democrats in the party.
Most Democrats talk out of both sides of their mouth.I'm pro life but i would never tell anyone else what to do.Red Fflag;Pro Abortion.
They want to get elected and are wiling to compromise this most core value.
Keep in mind there are pro abortion Republicans.Sometimes we need to look at candidates and determine who will do the most damage.
The Pro life Democrats really have no power in their own party. A good example(but NOT the only example)would be Bart Stupak.
Look what happened to him when it came to the vote on Obamacare.
I'm not advocating either party however i do think the Rep party has a stronger platform when it comes to pro life issues. The Dem party needs to work at getting more pro life candidates untl eventually their platform can be changed. It would be an uphill battle but there must be one person in the Dem party willing to take up the challenge.
Until they do I will vote for pro life Republicans. I was not fooled by Obama either.
Too many people got caught up in his rhetoric and didn't take a close look at who they were thinking of electing for President.
What did they not hear?
He's a socialist who wanted to fundamentally transform America.
He said this as plain as day. Who didn't hear?
He stood by his pastor until it wasn't politically expedient and then he threw him under the bus.
He all but denied even knowing William Ayers but i ask you.Would you be in the same room with this man let alone accepting his help?
Nobody questioned Obama's associations.Wasn't it up to us to look at who we were voting for?
I didn't especially care for McCain but he had to be a better  choice than Obama.
I want to mention too campaign ads.We saw tons of tv ads flying at us during the mid terms.Ignore them and do you homework.
I always hear people say they loathe the negative ads.Hate them they say.
Really? You know why candidates use them? They work. For all the protesting against them people do buy into them.
Listen to what people actually say.Check their records. Most of these candidates for Pres have one.
I noted how Obama said we were 5 days away from fundamentally transforming America but he also mentioned redistributing wealth. What do you think he meant?
Just those 2 are the main tenets of Socialism/Marxism! Add that to his associations what did you think we were getting?
What did you hear? Hope and change?
Finally, i need to mention some pro abortion Catholics. Red Flag.
Pelosi,Biden,Kerry,Kennedy,Giuliani..i know there are others and i'll see if i can find a definitive list.
They cause grave scandal and are not to receive communion.
No matter what they say to rationalize their position the Church is clear:

The Pope infallibly condemned abortion in the encyclical Evangelium Vitae (EV).
Pope John Paul II said,
"This has always been clear, and....modern genetic science offers clear confirmation. It has demonstrated that from the first instant there is established the programme of what this living being will be: a person, this individual person with his characteristic aspects already well determined. Right from fertilization the adventure of a human life begins, and each of its capacities requires time -- a rather lengthy time -- to find its place and to be in a position to act." (EV, 60)
Abortion is the murder of an innocent human life. There is no other way to put it or white wash it. It's a non negotiable and no matter what other positions a candidate may have this one takes precedence.
 Pope John Paul II
