the atheist's answer to the beginning of the universe

My militant anti Christian atheist friend at Facebook replied to the choices i gave him for the beginning of the universe(and life as we know it).
This is a plainly false dichotomy. Insisting that these are the only 2 possibilities is ludicrous. Other possibilities: It was formed by natural processes (thus not strictly 'from nothing') It was created by a intelligent being but one of a lower order of intelligence than us It was formed by the instinctual act of a nearly mindless creature who roams the multiverse creating BigBangs The bigbang is simply the outflow from a super black hole in another universe, thus this universe was formed from matter which came from another universe (not nothing, not really created). Hundreds of possibilities and no way to weigh which is more likely without lots more evidence.
He frequently informed me that i was ignorant,didn't understand science,flawed, my evidence lacked and that i wasn't logical. The personal attacks were not important. What is important are the tactics..discredit the other person.Let's take a look at what he stated though: "it [universe] was formed by natural process." Ok. No problem with that. What caused the natural process? Note that he doesn't spell out what possible natural process this would be either. Then he states," it was created by an intelligent being" He's right here. It would have to be. Then he goes off the deep end. "LOWER ORDER OF INTELLIGENCE". You do not have to be a rocket scientist to know this is not possible at all. Our 'baby' Mace. He gives new meaning to the words 'laid back' but i don't think he's in the mood for creating the universe. It gets better though. He can't accept the possibility God exists and created the universe but he comes up with this one;
It was formed by the instinctual act of a nearly mindless creature who roams the multiverse creating BigBangs
I will give him credit where it's due. He almost makes it with the next one.ALMOST. The bigbang is simply the outflow from a super black hole in another universe, thus this universe was formed from matter which came from another universe.
The big bang is a very plausible theory. Yes,it may have been the outflow fro a super black hole in another universe. He puts it this way,"the universe was formed from matter from another universe". He doesn't realize it but we're back to square one. Something set the big bang in motion. Now if it's from a super black hole then something has to create the super black hole.If it's the outflow from another universe then it begs the question.How did the other universe come to be?
