Let's have some coffee and WAKE UP!

A Catholic from a Scandinavian country commented on a blog re our President. She was flabbergasted that we would have such a President. I am flabbergasted that we would have people that would vote for this President. A 2nd term really? I replied to her as follows: what’s worse than Obama is the fact that so many Americans actually voted for him. [For that matter so many Catholics. ]That’s the really scary part. Look at everything he’s done to our country and everything he’s trying to do to it. The Republicans are only slightly better. They lack the courage to stand up to him. Three things SHOULD have sent chills up people’s spines: when Obama had the religious symbol covered for an address he gave at Georgetown university(the name of Jesus Christ)when they booed the mention of God at the Democratic Convention and his refusal to attend the National Day of Prayer service and a Catholic prayer breakfast the morning after. Think those might have been signs of his antipathy towards the Catholic Church? Yet,Reuters reported this after he was elected for his 2nd term:
Catholics – the country’s largest religious group with one-quarter of the population – have supported the winner of the popular vote in every election since 1972. Reuters/Ipsos exit polling found that 51 percent of Catholics favored President Barack Obama, compared with 48 percent for Republican contender Mitt Romney. A report by the Pew Forum on Religion & Public Life had a similar finding, with 50 percent of Catholics for Obama and 48 percent for Romney, the same as the popular vote in the general population. Hispanic Catholics were far more likely to favor Obama – by 76 percent to 23 percent – than white Catholics, who favored Romney by 56 percent to 43 percent, according to the Reuters poll.
Another words, we would not have this evil cabal in the WH were it not for the Catholic vote. I wish they had stayed home. :( Since he was elected let's consider everything he has done so far or is trying to do: First he says the IRS targeting(admitting it has happened)is terrible and has to be cleaned up.Now it's phoney. Benghazi? A long time ago. Now that's phoney. The NSA spying-also phoney. I know there'a wild debate on whether Snowden is a hero or a traitor. We'll see. Maybe when we have a chance to look back at the damage this administration has done we might reconsider Snowden's actions. We may see him in a whole different light. I reserve judgement but am leaning hero. How bout the DOJ going after the AP and fox news reporter Rosen? Let's see what the DOJ is up to now. Holder-who has not resigned or been fired-decided to jump into the Zimmerman case.Or at least is saying he might(IMHO it's all talk). Holder, who looked the other way on the possible criminal activity of the IRS(i have no doubt but we have to call it possible) is NOW involved in it's latest cause. The DOJ is fighting for a transgendered California ninth-grader's right to use the boy's room at school. Can you imagine they found no wrong doing. Who would see that coming. Keep in mind that these, according to Obama, are all phoney scandals. Can we please make some noise with our representatives and FINALLY get Holder to step down? How about Obama recently? Now he's going to focus on jobs. How? By giving a series of speeches[12 i hear] in which he blames everyone but himself. What about that first 4 yr term where he pushed Obamacare(a train wreck that nobody wanted), supported Planned Parenthood, the LGBT community, same sex marriage, contraception for kids, abortion on demand and had don't ask, don't tell repealed. Where was the focus on jobs then? Only the JOB KILLER Obamacare. Now he's giving speeches-if speeches could turn our economy around it would have been blazing full steam ahead in the first month of his first term. It's a little late in the game to focus on jobs and the economy Mr President. Further, it's a good way to try and convince the folks those were phoney scandals. I figure you couldn't stay out of the country and on vacation long enough to avoid them. Now that you're back and kind of stuck you head out of Washington to give speeches. Think you might be avoiding something? A speech is not going to fix the economy anymore than saying you saved Detroit actually saved Detroit. Newsflash; it's bankrupt. Did you hear? It gets better. From Fr. Z's Blog: President Obama praised dead Communist dictator Ho Chi Minh will come as a surprise only to Americans who haven’t been paying attention, which, alas, is a large segment of the population. Ho’s posturing as a Jefferson-inspired lover of independence failed to dupe the U.S. in the 1940s.[Either Obama has been duped or he's avoiding the truth. Take your pick.] Ho Chi Minh was a fairly typical Communist ruler in that he had absolutely no compunction about ordering mass executions to eliminate anyone who would stand against his regime. That Obama repeats the old bromides of the “anti-war”, actually pro-Communist, left of the Sixties that attempted to paint Ho as some sort of Jeffersonian Democrat either betrays immense ignorance or something far, far worse.Source: http://wdtprs.com/blog/2013/07/pres-obama-praises-communist-dictator-mass-murderer-ho-chi-minh/ We have 3 yrs to go of this menace to our country? Can we wake up now? Add it all up. I didn't even mention his outright attacks on the Catholic Church and freedom of conscience.BTW. I ignored the warning about html not being closed and lost the conclusion. I am not going to rewrite it here-can do a separate entry Monday and give it more focus.
