Question

Anyone familiar with blogger? Have a question for you.Am ok with everything so far EXCEPT the light green tint (or whatever it is)sidebar and outer border color.Is there some way to change this to another color?I have the html code for the color i'd prefer. I've tried everything i can think of.Searched high and low where to change it.Nothing. If you know how to do this would appreciate a hand.Everything else-the background,posts etc are just fine.It's that one really crummy looking color.Far too drab. Thanks in advance.I've done a search on the internet and nothing applies.
